I was really excited to try the Sportbody leggings, especially because they’re advertised as being good for high-intensity workouts and spinning. Unfortunately, after just one spin class, the fabric started to peel and pill noticeably, particularly in high-friction areas. This was my first wear, and I expected them to hold up far better given the price point and performance claims.
The fit and comfort were fine, but the durability was not — the surface damage made them look worn out immediately, even though I had only used them once for the type of activity they’re marketed for.
Overall, I won’t be reaching for these again for workouts, and I would caution others looking for leggings that can handle spinning or functional fitness. I hope Set Active can improve the fabric quality in future runs — as they feel great before wear, but don’t withstand actual workout use.
