About the transition

Why is SET leaving TYB?

We're moving to a new loyalty program built directly on SET, giving our community more ways to connect with us, earn rewards, and access perks.

When is SET leaving TYB?

Our time on TYB will officially come to a close on October 30th. After that, the SET brand page will no longer be available on TYB. 

Do I need to create a new account for the new SET loyalty program?

No. Your existing SET account will stay in place. To make sure your tier and starting points transfer correctly, please make sure the email on your TYB profile matches the email you use to shop at SET by October 29th.

Coins & rewards

What happens to my TYB coins?

You can keep earning and redeeming TYB coins with SET through October 29th. After that, any remaining balance will be available to you as TYB Cash, which you can use with other brands across TYB. Look out for an email from TYB with more info soon.

Do I need to redeem all of my TYB coins before October 29th?

No. You're welcome to redeem with SET through October 29th, but anything you don't use will still be available to you as TYB Cash.

Can I still earn TYB coins before the transition?

Yes. You can keep earning TYB coins through October 29th.

Will my TYB coins transfer to the new program?

TYB coins won't convert into points. Instead, every member will start the new program with a one-time points bonus based on their tier, and your remaining coin balance will be available as TYB Cash to use across TYB.

How is my starting points balance determined?

Your starting balance is based on the tier you hold when we transition. We'll share the details closer to launch.

Tier & perks

Will my TYB tier carry over?

Yes. Your current TYB tier will carry over to the new SET loyalty program.

Will I still get early access to SET drops?

Yes. Early access to upcoming SET drops will continue in the new program.

What happens to my TYB collectibles?

TYB collectibles won't carry over to the new SET loyalty program.

Orders

What happens to orders I've already placed?

Your SET orders will continue to process as normal. The transition won't affect any existing orders.

What is replacing TYB?

SET is launching a new loyalty program on setactive.co with new ways to earn rewards and access community perks. We'll share more details as we get closer to launch.

Are points in the new program worth the same as TYB coins?

No. The new program has its own points system, so points and TYB coins don't have a one-to-one value.
