They’re high-waisted (which I love) and don’t roll down, even when I’m running or stretching. The fit is flattering, and they pass the squat test—zero transparency. I'm only 5ft 6in but I frequently wear tall/long pants. Which means I have a short torso and long legs. But it is so hard to find mid rise leggings and I don't think high waisted leggings look good on me. Plus, it isn't comfortable to have pants go up to your rib cage. These are incredible because they give me the look of high rise without acting like shapewear on my stomach. The leg to torso ratio is ideal and I feel so much more confident in these than any other workout set I own. I got them in both colors and love the navy so much. PLEASE make this style in more colors.
