SHIPPING
Get free domestic shipping on orders $175+ and free international shipping on orders $250+. Please allow 7-15 business days for domestic orders and 10-15 business days for international orders for your order to arrive after it’s been placed. This time includes processing and shipping times.
RETURNS
Domestic orders may be returned for a full refund within 14 days of receiving your order. Should you wish to exchange your order or receive store credit, you have 30 days to initiate your return. Once you have submitted your return request, you have 7 days to ship back your item(s). A $6.95 fee will be deducted from your refund unless you are exchanging or returning for store credit.
International orders are eligible for return within 21 days of the delivery of your order. We are unable to offer free returns for international orders.
Products must be returned new and unworn. If returned item(s) shows any signs of wear or damage beyond (reasonable) repair, one of our customer service representatives will contact you directly regarding your reimbursement or store credit. *SET Surprise, Socks, hats, caps, headbands, scrunchies, claw clips, undies, and any items marked ‘final sale’ are all FINAL SALE and cannot be returned or exchanged.
SWIM RETURN POLICY: We accept returns in original condition (unused, unworn, and unaltered) with tags attached and liners in place for a refund, store credit, or exchange. If your return arrives and it does not have the tag or liners attached, we reserve the right to deny a refund, credit, or exchange.
