What's happening to my current unredeemed points from the old rewards program?

All current points will be transferred over to the TYB platform. Any vouchers that have been redeemed but not used will be refunded to your point balance and included in this transfer.

What about the points that I have redeemed but haven’t used yet?

We transferred them over for you! You will just need to re-redeem them once you’re in the TYB app.

How will I access my points in the new system?

You'll receive an email from TYB on 11/25/24 with instructions to set up your account. Your transferred points will be waiting for you in the new platform.
