OPEN POSITIONS
Creative Copywriter
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: CREATIVE COPYWRITER

We’re looking for a talented and creative full-time copywriter to help support our team at SET Active. Working closely with our Marketing and Social Media teams, you’ll be responsible for writing on-brand messaging for internal resources, print and digital marketing assets, social media content. The right person will be able to pick up our brand voice easily and seamlessly and write copy quickly with minimal direction.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Write engaging and compelling copy for social media, including but not limited to caption copy for 7+ IG posts per week and story content for 100+ IG stories slides per week
  • Write email content for 3-4 marketing emails per week, including captivating subject lines, headlines, and body copy
  • Draft SMS messages as needed for SMS marketing, typically 1-2 messages per month
  • Support Marketing teams by writing copy as needed, including but not limited to website copy, product descriptions, product packaging copy, and influencer gifting copy
  • Provide copy on behalf of company and founder for PR requests

QUALIFICATIONS:

  • 2-3+ years of experience in creative copywriting for social media, DTC fashion brands preferred
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills
  • Passion for storytelling and sparking conversation

GRAPHIC DESIGN INTERN
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR: OPERATIONS COORDINATOR

DUTIES & RESPONSIBILITIES:

  • Create and design print and digital materials
  • Create email and instagram story templates
  • Asset organization
  • Retouch and re-color images
  • Collaborate with the Art Director and Senior Graphic Designer to develop design concepts
  • Assemble presentations, mockups, other internal design assets as needed

REQUIREMENTS

  • Graphic Design major preferred
  • Basic knowledge of layouts, typography, line composition, color, and other graphic design fundamentals
  • Experience with Adobe Photoshop and Illustrator
  • Strong creative and analytical skills
  • Compelling portfolio of graphic design work

BRAND STRATEGIST
WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR: BRAND STRATEGIST

We’re looking for a talent and experienced Brand Strategist to help us expand into new product lines and markets while still keeping true to our brand voice and vision. This role will require a forward thinker who ensures consistency across all brand messaging and initiatives while strategically setting us up for success with new campaigns and product lines. This person will work cross functionally with our CEO, Head of Operations, Marketing Team, and Creative Director to guide brand strategy.

RESPONSIBILITIES

  • Develop brand stories and strategies
    • Help further build set’s identity an ensure every campaign, touchpoint tells a cohesive story
    • Help guide business decisions that are on brand that will further help build our brand story while capturing marketing
    • Deliver ideas and concepts that set us apart from competitors
    • Research current market trends and predict future ones to ensure SET is ahead of the game and evolving on brand 
  • Collaborate with creative teams
    • In order to successfully translate a brand’s strategy / story into marketing collateral, this person needs to successfully collaborate with creative teams  (marketing, web, graphic designers, social).
    • Create brand stories that tell customers about a product or service —> work with creative team to execute vision in different silos
    • This person directs, oversees, and signs off on creative elements to ensure that materials are in line with the current brand strategy
    • Assist with naming campaigns, products, colors
  • Write copy and brand strategy documents
    • In charge of writing copy for campaigns, email, social, to ensure brand voice is cohesive and there is an overarching story
    • Create brand strategy guidelines to various departments to ensure consistency
