This is a delicate and hyper-technical fabric. Pilling may occur if it comes into contact with rougher fabrics during wash or wear.

    Color Bled After One Cold Wash + No Response from Support

    I purchased the Aeraline™ Breathe Cross Cami from the State Fair Collection at the Austin activation in the color Coaster, size XXL. After washing it one time on cold, the color completely bled onto the blue tank in the set and also transferred onto other clothes in the same load.

    I reached out to ******** support and also emailed the Austin store manager to request an exchange, but I have not received a response. I understand issues happen, but the lack of follow-up has been really disappointing, especially after purchasing from an in-person activation.

    I would love for someone from the **** to respond and help resolve this with a replacement or exchange. I also think clearer washing instructions should be provided for this collection so other customers do not have the same experience.
