Love this bra. So flattering and so comfy. Perfect for Pilates, yoga, weight lifting, and errands. It may not be tight enough for HIIT, or running but I actually prefer this fit. The ones tight enough for running are not comfy to wear all day, but this top was incredibly comfortable and perfect for my work outs. Sizing wise, I got an XS, true to size. I’m 93lbs, 30c or 32b and it fits perfectly. The sleeves are a little long but that’s typical for tops and they fold over well.
